About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will oversee inventory, marketing initiatives, and staff development within a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store operations and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Direct employees in customer service, inventory handling, cash reconciliation, and in‑store marketing activities.
• Assign duties to team members to maintain efficient store functionality.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Track and manage inventory levels to minimize shrinkage.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of retail and retail management experience.
• Proven ability to train employees and excel in sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑service skills.
