Restaurant Team Member – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic restaurant staff to join GOOD FLIPPIN' BURGERS® in Hyderabad. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering a memorable dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and preparing menu items according to our recipes.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer queries and ensure a friendly atmosphere.
• Take and relay orders using the restaurant’s point‑of‑sale system.
• Prepare burgers, sides and beverages following company recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food‑safety standards throughout the shift.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies and assist with deliveries when needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep service flow smooth and efficient.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to follow food‑preparation guidelines and uphold safety standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and effective time‑management in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn on the job.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior food‑service experience is a plus.
