Release Manager

About the role

As a Release Manager you will lead the planning and execution of software releases for RIB’s global cloud‑native SaaS solution. Working closely with agile development teams, product owners and stakeholders, you will ensure releases are delivered on time, with high quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Champion a culture of product value delivery through high‑quality releases and continuous improvement.
• Plan and maintain the delivery schedule across multiple product lines.
• Lead and coordinate release activities including testing, deployment and defect resolution.
• Monitor, report and communicate release progress, performance and risks.
• Manage release documentation, capacity and risk management.
• Facilitate timely resolution of high‑priority defects and dependencies.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in release management or similar roles within software development.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Deep understanding of agile software development principles.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required skills

• Experience with agile methodologies.
