Relationship Executive – Gold Loan (North West)

About the role
The Relationship Executive will focus on driving Gold Loan sales in the North West region. You will work closely with branch service teams to attract walk‑in customers, ensure compliance with policies, and meet defined sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned Gold Loan sales numbers through customer walk‑ins.
- Collaborate with branch Service Executives to generate and convert Gold Loan leads.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor approval rates and other critical SLA metrics for the Gold Loan product.
- Support the Assayer in operational documentation and related tasks.
Required profile
- Graduate degree.
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in cross‑sell or Gold Loan sales.
- Strong selling and interpersonal abilities.
