Reinsurance Reporting & Data Transformation Specialist (10+ yrs)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Reinsurance Reporting & Data Transformation Specialist to lead reporting and data migration initiatives for our reinsurance operations. The role is based in Bangalore or Pune and offers a competitive CTC up to 24 LPA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support end‑to‑end reinsurance reporting and regulatory reporting processes.
• Drive data transformation and migration projects across reinsurance systems and reporting platforms.
• Analyze large data sets to ensure accuracy, completeness and high data quality.
• Develop, optimise and automate reporting frameworks, dashboards and MIS reports.
• Collaborate with finance, actuarial, business and IT teams to align reporting requirements.
• Perform reconciliation, validation and continuous improvement of reporting processes.
• Support reporting migrations, transformation programmes and ensure compliance with internal controls and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in reinsurance reporting and data transformation.
• Immediate availability or notice period up to 30 days.
• Based in Bangalore or Pune, India.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
