About the role
The Regional Marketing Manager will lead and execute marketing strategies across a defined region, driving brand visibility, customer acquisition and store footfall through hyper‑local activities. Acting as the bridge between the brand, marketing teams and retail stores, the role ensures national campaigns are effectively localized and that stores receive strong strategic and operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Identify regional customer insights, market trends and competitive opportunities to create localized campaigns.
- Partner with market teams to support store launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional periods and key sales events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all regional activations within brand and marketing.
- Plan and manage outdoor advertising, cinema spots and other traditional media in collaboration with markets and agencies.
- Negotiate placements with vendors, manage partnerships with malls, local organisations and brand partners.
- Drive experiential marketing initiatives that strengthen customer connections.
- Track, report and analyse campaign effectiveness using data‑driven insights.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in retail and regional brand marketing, preferably within fashion, apparel or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record handling traditional media, events and store marketing.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree; MBA preferred.
- Experience working across multiple regions is an advantage.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
- PowerPoint and Google Slides for reporting and presentations.
- Strong understanding of OOH, cinema and traditional media planning.
- Project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
