About the role
The Recruiter ensures staffing needs are met by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support dynamic business demands. You will work closely with internal clients to assess hiring requirements and guide candidates through the interview process.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
- Receive, screen, and file resumes, background checks, and references.
- Conduct initial screening, telephone, and face‑to‑face interviews with prospective applicants.
- Provide hiring managers with candidate recommendations and partner with stakeholders to negotiate competitive compensation packages.
- Source qualified candidates using internet resources, community organizations, colleges, trade associations, and professional networks.
- Maintain accurate records and reports throughout all recruitment phases using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and uphold consistent standards for all applicants.
- Promote the company’s image to candidates and external partners while adhering to high ethical standards.
Required profile
- Less than two years of relevant recruiting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on confidentiality and detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
