Recruiter – Japan Market (Hyderabad)

About the role

W3Global is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage hiring for the Japan market across multiple sectors, including non‑IT, IT, pharma, and healthcare. Based in Begumpet, Hyderabad, you will work closely with hiring managers to source and place top talent for Japanese‑focused positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage high‑quality candidates for engineering, finance, automotive, aerospace, construction, pharma, healthcare and IT roles targeting the Japan region.
• Conduct in‑depth screening interviews, assess skills and qualifications, and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilise databases, social media platforms and professional networks to build a robust talent pipeline, including passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2/N3 certified) and strong English communication.
• Fresher candidates are welcome; prior experience in international voice processes, translation or Japanese‑English interpretation is a plus.
• Ability to work early‑morning shifts (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST) with fixed weekends off.
