Recruiter – 3-Month Contract (Vendor Management)

About the role

We are looking for a Recruiter on a 3‑month contract to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for bulk and BPO hiring. The role is office‑based in Gurgaon/New Delhi/Delhi, with a work window of 11 am‑9 pm and transport provided within the boundary line.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment cycle for high‑volume bulk, mass, and BPO hiring.
• Source candidates through Naukri.com, Monster, LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate technical and client interviews.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure batch targets are met.
• Initiate background verification, medical checks, and offer management.
• Stakeholder management and offshore ramp‑up hiring across PAN India.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year total experience, with at least 1 year in vendor management (mandatory).
• Experience in bulk, mass, BPO, and agent‑based CSE hiring.
• Ability to work 5 days a week (6 days if batch not met) from the office.
• Residency in Gurgaon, New Delhi or Delhi.
