Program Manager – COO Office

About the role

GIVA is looking for a Program Manager to join the COO’s Office in Bangalore. This high‑impact position works directly with the COO and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives across operations, customer experience, business transformation, and cost optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional programs, from definition through execution.
• Structure problem‑solving approaches, develop business cases, and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate and align stakeholders across product, operations, finance, and technology teams.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and status updates for senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements, cost‑saving opportunities, and scalability solutions.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, consulting, or business transformation.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to executives.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑growth environments.
