About the role

Desh Bhagat Dental College & Hospital is seeking highly motivated academic and clinical professionals to join its Department of Dentistry as Professors, Readers, or Lecturers. The role involves teaching, research, and clinical duties across a range of dental specializations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, seminars, and practical sessions.
• Supervise clinical training and patient care in the college’s dental clinics.
• Conduct and publish research in your area of specialization.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic committees.
• Mentor students and junior faculty members.

Required profile

• Eligibility as per DCI/UGC norms.
• MDS degree from a recognized institution.
• Teaching and/or clinical experience preferred.
• Specialization in one of the listed dental fields.

Required skills

• Expertise in the chosen dental specialization (e.g., Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics, etc.).
