About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Team Member to join our manufacturing floor. The role involves operating production equipment, following safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Follow all safety guidelines and keep the work area tidy and free of hazards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report problems to supervisors.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities.
