Production Associate – Protein Bars

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Production Associate to join our fast‑growing nutrition brand in Chennai. You will be involved in the end‑to‑end manufacturing of protein bars, ensuring high standards of hygiene, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Produce protein bars and prepare batches.
• Measure and handle ingredients accurately.
• Mould, shape and package finished products.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Conduct quality checks and monitor product consistency.
• Support day‑to‑day production operations.

Required profile

• Graduates in Hotel Management.
• Culinary or bakery professionals.
• Experience in food production.

Required skills

• Ingredient measuring.
• Moulding and shaping.
• Packaging operations.
• Quality inspection.
