Process Associate – Voice (Fresher) – Walk‑in Interview

About the role

HCL is conducting a walk‑in drive for fresh graduates to join as Process Associates in a voice‑based call centre. The position involves handling both inbound and outbound calls for US‑based clients, with flexible shift timings including night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Take inbound and outbound calls as part of the voice process.
• Work on US shift timings as required.
• Maintain communication quality and follow call scripts.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in any shift, including night.
• Freshers with any undergraduate or postgraduate degree (excluding engineering, B.E/B.Tech, M.Sc CS, IT, MCA).
• Eligible degrees include MBA, MA, M.Sc, M.Com from 2024‑2026.
