Precast Operations Manager

About the role

The Precast Operations Manager leads one or more key functions within the precast value chain, ensuring that precast elements are delivered on time, to quality standards, and in line with project requirements. This role combines planning, team supervision, technical problem‑solving, and strict adherence to safety and schedule commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee assigned domains such as production, erection, logistics or design coordination, aligning activities with the master schedule and project milestones.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to validate drawings, ensuring constructability, feasibility and clarity for production and installation.
• Monitor daily operations at casting yards or erection sites, guaranteeing correct placement and handling of molds, reinforcement, embedded items and concrete according to approved methods and drawings.
• Ensure all precast production or erection activities comply with safety regulations, quality assurance protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Liaise with planning and procurement teams to secure timely availability of raw materials, embedded components, lifting accessories and construction aids.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing precast production, erection, logistics or related functions.
• Strong ability to supervise teams, resolve technical issues and maintain strict quality, safety and schedule standards.
• Excellent coordination skills with design, engineering, planning and procurement stakeholders.
