About the role
Join a global leader in player engagement to act as the vital bridge between gamers and developers. You will provide non‑voice support, investigate player inquiries, and deliver actionable feedback to improve game experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to player questions via ticketing systems, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and high‑quality answers.
- Gather, document, and forward player feedback to internal development teams.
- Assist internal projects with requests and collaborate across departments.
- Maintain accurate reports, escalate issues according to procedures, and contribute to knowledge‑base content.
- Support translation needs to facilitate clear communication.
- Participate in training sessions and manage time effectively to meet player expectations.
Required profile
- Advanced language proficiency (C1‑C2 level) with English at B2 level or higher.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse player situations.
- Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and flexibility.
Required skills
- Experience with Helpshift, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to create and customize macros for streamlined responses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for documentation.
