About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Photobooth Operator to join our team in Guwahati. In this position you will guide guests through the photobooth experience, ensure the equipment runs smoothly, and assist with any technical issues that arise. The role combines customer interaction with basic technical support to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for users.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and provide clear instructions throughout their photobooth session.
• Monitor the photobooth equipment continuously, performing routine checks and maintenance to guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Identify, document, and promptly report any hardware or software problems to the backend support team for quick resolution.

Required profile

• Approachable and comfortable interacting with a high volume of visitors in a busy environment.
• Strong communication abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Capability to perform basic troubleshooting of photobooth hardware and software.
