Performance Marketer

About the role

Buyroots Homeware LLP is looking for a Performance Marketer to join its Kichera brand team in Aluva. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition and retention through data‑driven digital advertising across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, social platforms and other PPC channels.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting on key metrics and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation and bid management to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content, product and creative teams to align messaging and creative assets with performance goals.
• Implement and maintain SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
• Provide insights and recommendations for customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; marketing certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in digital advertising, e‑commerce marketing and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience in sustainable or homeware product marketing is advantageous.
