About the role
We are looking for a People & Culture Executive to join Accor’s hotel operations. In this role you will support recruitment, employee engagement and HR administration, helping to build a vibrant workplace where staff feel valued and motivated.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
- Support employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
- Assist with payroll and personnel administration.
- Handle employee relations matters and feedback processes.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics.
- Organise internal events and activities that strengthen company culture.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
- Collaborate with department heads as an HR business partner and maintain communication with global and regional HR teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
- Good knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and solution‑focused.
- Professional appearance and service‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
