Patient Care Specialist Executive

About the role

HexaHealth is looking for an Executive – Patient Care Specialist who will be the first point of contact for patients seeking surgical procedures. The role involves counseling patients, understanding their medical needs, matching them with suitable doctors and hospitals, and guiding them through the entire surgical journey while contributing to the company’s revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with patients at the initial contact to build trust and gather their concerns.
• Assess medical conditions, preferences, and background to determine how HexaHealth can support each case.
• Recommend appropriate doctors and hospitals and arrange consultations tailored to patient needs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end patient journey from consultation through surgery, providing timely updates and continuous support.
• Drive conversions by closing patient cases and directly impacting revenue.

Required profile

• Any graduate with 1‑5 years of experience (freshers are also considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Patient‑first mindset with empathy for sensitive situations.
• Quick problem‑solving and effective coordination skills.
• Result‑driven attitude with the ability to convert leads into successful outcomes.
