Outbound Business Development Representative

About the role
QuestionPro is seeking an energetic Outbound Business Development Representative to generate new sales opportunities across India. You will prospect, qualify, and schedule introductory meetings for Account Executives, driving pipeline growth for our survey and research software platform.
Key responsibilities
- Identify target companies and decision‑makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Execute daily cold‑calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects' research needs, existing software, and budget.
- Meet monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.
- Log all interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Account Executives for seamless lead hand‑offs.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales, lead generation, or customer‑facing experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with high‑volume cold calling and handling rejection.
- Self‑managed daily prospecting schedule.
- Familiarity with sales frameworks such as BANT or MEDDPICC.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to boost prospecting efficiency.
