About the role

2Base Technologies is building a dedicated organic search function to drive qualified inbound pipeline in the US and UK markets. As the Organic Growth & SEO Specialist you will design and own the end‑to‑end SEO system that fuels high‑intent traffic at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the organic traffic strategy for US and UK, including keyword targeting and full site architecture.
• Conduct keyword research and map search intent across all service lines and audiences.
• Design page architecture, internal linking structure, and programmatic SEO framework for 80‑120+ high‑intent pages.
• Provide on‑page SEO guidance for all published content.
• Oversee technical SEO, collaborating with developers on crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
• Use Google Search Console daily to monitor health, resolve issues, and identify opportunities.
• Approve link‑building targets based on quality standards set by the outreach team.
• Report SEO performance, including traffic, keyword movement, page count, and Search Console health.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on SEO or organic growth experience, preferably 4‑6 years.
• Proven track record ranking high‑intent commercial pages.
• Ability to manage technical SEO independently without relying solely on developers.
• Experience designing and scaling programmatic SEO initiatives.
