Order Management Analyst – Walk‑In Interview (Noida)

About the role

HCLTech is seeking an Order Management Analyst to join its Noida operations. The role focuses on handling quotations, contracts and order processing for telecom and networking products, acting as a key liaison between internal sales, vendors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review quoting and contracting data supplied by the sales team.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and customers and propose alternative rate cards.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for the quotation process and support BAU activities.
• Create install, move/add/alter and amendment quotes for existing and new customers.
• Use workflow‑management tools to process assigned cases and tasks.
• Generate quotes, contracts and order entries in systems such as Current Platform, Proposal Manager and Premisys.
• Secure pricing, quote and order approvals from sales and customers.
• Collect ordering data, key orders into designated platforms and meet SLA targets.
• Escalate issues to vendor management, IT or other internal teams to ensure timely progression.

Required profile

• General knowledge of telecommunications and networking technologies.
• Understanding of SFDC, quoting, ordering and workflow‑management processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and the local language.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and analytical thinking.
• BS/BE/B.Tech degree with 2‑8 years of experience in network (voice & data) and customer‑service environments.
