About the role
Snapmint is looking for an Office Assistant (Admin Associate) to support day‑to‑day office operations in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires strong multitasking abilities, confidentiality, and the capacity to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations.
- Track daily attendance and process reimbursement claims.
- Assist HR with employee records, engagement activities, and compliance.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
- Oversee courier services and manage AMC, Wi‑Fi, and office equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate hotel bookings for guests and remote employees.
- Support compliance‑related tasks and handle legal documents.
Required profile
- Graduate degree (mandatory); postgraduate degree is a plus.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar executive or administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to travel based on business requirements.
