Nurse Assistant – Patient Care Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Assistant to join our healthcare team in Hyderabad. You will support patients throughout their recovery, ensuring high‑quality care and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Record patients' medical history and symptoms.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients' health status and report changes.
• Provide bedside care, support, and education to patients and families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment.
• Participate in regular in‑service education sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing/BSc Nursing/M.Sc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented with good listening and coordination abilities.
• Initiative, moral support, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Basic computer literacy.
