Multimedia Producer (Hindi) – Digital News

About the role

ITV Digital is looking for a dynamic Multimedia Producer (Hindi) to create, edit, and publish digital news content for its YouTube channels and other online platforms. The role combines news understanding with hands‑on digital production to reach and engage a growing audience.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and manage digital video content, including news clips, explainers, shorts and digital packages.
• Upload videos to YouTube, applying best‑practice metadata, thumbnails, playlists and optimisation techniques.
• Set up and run YouTube live sessions, ensuring smooth execution and high streaming quality.
• Coordinate with editorial, video and graphic teams to meet publishing deadlines.
• Maintain alignment of content with editorial standards, audience expectations and current digital trends.
• Support newsroom teams with basic news understanding across national and global categories.
• Assist in content management using CMS tools where applicable.
• Continuously monitor performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in digital media, multimedia production or newsroom operations.
• Strong command of Hindi and ability to package news content in the language.
• Basic understanding of national and international news events.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• YouTube Studio and video uploading.
• Live streaming setup and execution.
• Management of video metadata, thumbnails and playlists.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
