MPC Documentation Engineer – Project Execution

About the role

The MPC Documentation Engineer will lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with RIL project management standards. This role involves close coordination with cross‑functional teams to drive efficient project delivery and maintain high quality documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, forecast, and resource technical activities for project execution.
• Review engineering deliverables, initiate corrective actions, and ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC policies, and performance standards.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, JEC/Engineering and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project implementation.
• Maintain and archive IMS documentation according to established standards.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality metrics, reporting status and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or Diploma in Engineering).
• 1–3 years of experience in plant maintenance or project execution (higher experience for diploma holders).
• Strong analytical ability and decision‑making skills.
