Microsoft 365 Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer to lead enterprise‑scale migrations of Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business for Bosch’s global operations. The role focuses on designing reliable, automated migration processes and ensuring data integrity across large‑scale environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute Exchange Online mailbox migrations from on‑premises or tenant‑to‑tenant environments.
• Plan and implement OneDrive for Business migrations with minimal downtime.
• Design, develop and maintain advanced PowerShell automation scripts with robust error handling, logging and retry mechanisms.
• Utilise Microsoft Graph API for bulk operations, reporting and automation.
• Use Quest On Demand Migration (ODM) for tenant‑to‑tenant migration scenarios.
• Conduct pre‑migration assessments, dependency analysis and post‑migration validation.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and optimise performance for large data transfers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration strategy, timelines and risk mitigation.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with security and governance policies.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business migrations.
• Proven expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Quest ODM.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, Azure AD/Entra ID and identity systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or Azure Administrator are a plus.
