Medical Doctor – Sexual Health (Bengaluru)

About the role

DrSafeHands is seeking a full‑time Medical Doctor to join its Bengaluru clinic on MG Road. The role focuses on sexual health and STI‑related care, providing confidential, patient‑centric services both in‑person and through online follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnose patients presenting with sexual health concerns.
• Review laboratory and diagnostic results, prescribe appropriate medications, or order further investigations as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
• Provide empathetic counseling and education on STI prevention and treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, counselors, and specialists to deliver comprehensive care.

Required profile

• MBBS degree (mandatory); postgraduate qualification in Venereology, Dermatology, Chest Medicine, or Gynecology is an advantage.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical expertise in sexual health and related fields.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills to build patient trust.
• Experience handling medical records with a focus on confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
