Manual Test Engineer – D365 F&O

About the role

We are looking for a Manual Test Engineer to join our team in Bangalore and work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and related enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality releases for our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain functional test scenarios and test cases for D365 F&O, middleware applications, Copilot Studio and related solutions.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, user stories, design documents and test cases in Azure DevOps.
• Execute smoke, system integration, regression, end‑to‑end and UAT testing, including role‑based access and security validation.
• Log, track and retest defects in Azure DevOps with detailed evidence and reproduction steps.
• Participate in defect triage meetings, validate fixes and perform regression impact analysis across releases.
• Support test environment readiness, test data coordination and prepare status reports, execution summaries and quality metrics.
• Contribute to go/no‑go recommendations and release quality assessments while adhering to testing standards and governance processes.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in manual testing of enterprise applications.
• Educational background in BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT), MCA, MBA (IT) or MSc (IT).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in multi‑vendor, complex enterprise environments.
