Managing Consultant, Program Management, Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead program‑management activities for its Advisors & Consulting Services division. The role will oversee end‑to‑end market‑research engagements, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external research partners.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for inbound research requests, translating client objectives into structured research scopes and deliverable plans.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to develop proposals, maintain pipeline visibility, and ensure smooth hand‑offs from opportunity to execution.
• Conduct feasibility checks, manage RFQ/RFP processes with vendors, and oversee field‑work procurement.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sourcing and Privacy teams to drive supplier onboarding, contracting and clause‑level escalations.
• Maintain portfolio reporting tools such as dashboards, revenue and pipeline views for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex research or consulting projects in a cross‑functional environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse internal and external parties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of producing clear scoping and proposal documents.
• Detail‑oriented approach to contracting, vendor coordination and compliance processes.
