Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at JW Marriott Goa. This role combines proactive patrols, emergency response, and incident management to maintain a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and monitor access to restricted zones.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas.
• Assist guests and staff during emergencies, provide first aid/CPR and coordinate with EMS.
• Prepare accurate incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Defuse disturbances, resolve safety hazards and escort unwelcome persons.
• Enforce alcoholic beverage control laws and respond to alarms using proper code procedures.
• Support management in training, coaching and upholding the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or jog for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb unassisted (75 lb with assistance).
• Strong observational skills and ability to read small‑print information.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to comply with any additional licensing or registration requirements.
