About the role

The Legal & Secretarial Manager will provide strategic legal support across the organization, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and intellectual property requirements. This role collaborates closely with finance, business units, and internal teams to drive sound legal decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support contractual and legal evaluations, including RFPs and tender inquiries.
• Facilitate cross‑team decision‑making among legal, finance, business, and internal stakeholders.
• Draft and review legal documents, conduct due diligence, and manage contracts and agreements.
• Handle litigation matters such as intellectual property rights, labor issues, and risk management.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, providing strategic advice to the organization.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in legal management and secretarial functions.
• Proven ability to draft legal documents, manage contracts, and oversee litigation.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, intellectual property law, and labor regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting legal strategies.
• Experience in due diligence, risk management, and legal compliance.
