Learning & Development Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for a global information services leader. This remote, contract position focuses on enhancing employee skills and driving organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e‑learning modules.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e‑learning tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles (preferred).

What we offer
