Lead Well Completions

About the role

The Lead Well Completions will provide technical support for subsea well surveillance, production planning, and optimization. You will work closely with reservoir, offshore, and flow‑assurance teams to ensure reliable field performance and address non‑routine operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Support well surveillance, production planning and non‑routine subsea operations.
• Conduct technical analyses using Flow Assurance tools such as OLGA, PVT, WellFlo, PSS and generate detailed reports.
• Develop field surveillance strategies, forecast production, and coordinate weekly production plans with reservoir and offshore teams.
• Evaluate well performance, perform inflow/outflow modelling, nodal analysis and recommend optimization strategies to maximize recovery.
• Manage water, condensate and sand production issues, including liquid loading, hydrate formation and sand transport studies.
• Run sensitivity studies with steady‑state and transient simulators (OLGA, PIPESIM, What‑If) for wells, pipelines, risers and pressure‑boosting equipment.
• Review and improve well work‑over processes, define KPIs and establish best practices for Production Technology.
• Lead, motivate and develop direct‑report employees, assess team performance and advise senior management.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of reservoir management, well completion and well operations.
• Proven experience with subsea production systems and deep‑water field architecture.
• Ability to lead a technical team, manage performance and define operational KPIs.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with PSS, OLGA, WellFlo, PIPESIM and other Flow Assurance simulation packages.
• Strong competency in inflow/outflow modelling, nodal analysis and transient simulation.
• Expertise in water, condensate and sand production management, hydrate and liquid‑loading mitigation.
