L3 Administrator (Cisco ISE)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive L3 Administrator to manage and support client IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of software, hardware and network components. The role focuses on delivering timely solutions to service requests while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve, maintain and manage client software, hardware and network issues based on service requests and defined SLAs.
• Provide prompt responses to all tickets, ensuring quality solutioning and adherence to resolution timeframes.
• Act as custodian of client network, servers, storage, platforms and related equipment, tracking their proper functioning and upkeep.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on incidents and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Deliver immediate resolution for high‑priority tickets and ensure zero escalations.
• Install and configure software and hardware as required by service requests.
• Manage application and user access provisioning in line with client requirements.
• Maintain timely backups of critical data, logs and management resources.
• Coordinate with on‑site teams for complex problem resolution and ensure end‑to‑end client servicing.
• Review chatbot logs to verify that all service requests are addressed promptly.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT administration or support.
• Proven ability to work under defined SLAs and deliver high client satisfaction.
• Strong analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities with on‑site and remote teams.
