About the role
We are looking for a driven Key Account Manager to own and grow enterprise accounts for our Mandaala division. You will be the single point of contact for large corporate clients, handling everything from initial quotation to billing and long‑term relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations and create customized client portals.
- Manage sales, billing, and service coordination as the primary contact for each account.
- Support clients through first‑order placement, query resolution, and ongoing order processing.
- Coordinate billing and operations to ensure timely invoicing and resolve any billing issues.
- Drive repeat business by building strong relationships with purchase heads and key decision‑makers.
- Provide regular sales reports, account performance updates, and insights to management.
Required profile
- Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven experience in managing enterprise‑level accounts.
- Ability to work independently and take end‑to‑end ownership of client engagements.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
