Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to create visually appealing content that aligns with BECO’s sustainability‑focused brand guidelines. The role works closely with the marketing and content teams to produce designs for both digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creatives.
• Assist in developing layouts, typography, and compositions.
• Support design requirements for both digital and print assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute creative concepts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (candidates with strong portfolios are also considered).
• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (excluding internships).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, composition, hierarchy, and spacing.
• Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Basic knowledge of print and digital design principles.
