Junior Accountant – Zoho Books Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our fast‑growing FMCG brand, Kiwi Kisan Window. The role focuses on managing the company’s financial records using Zoho Books and supporting day‑to‑day retail finance operations. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure timely processing of transactions and accurate reporting, gaining exposure to end‑to‑end accounting processes within a dynamic consumer‑goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounts in Zoho Books.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments and receipts for retail transactions, ensuring timely entry.
• Reconcile bank statements regularly to verify the accuracy of all financial data.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for retail operations, using sales data to inform decisions.
• Generate financial reports and analyse data to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and retail industry regulations.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks to guarantee timely payments and collections.
• Provide support for audits and assist in preparing financial statements.
