About the role
Crimson Education is seeking a remote IT Technician to support its global workforce from an India Standard Time zone. You will be the first line of defence, ensuring smooth operation of the company’s cloud‑first IT environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and configure core IT systems and cloud services.
- Lead IT project implementation and related change initiatives.
- Onboard and de‑provision user accounts for Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce and similar platforms.
- Provide front‑line troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
- Monitor the Service Desk solution and Slack channels for support tickets.
- Proactively develop solutions, guides and documentation to empower users.
Required profile
- Diagnostic mindset with strong customer‑service focus.
- Minimum 2 years experience managing Google Workspace, Office 365 or comparable cloud productivity suites.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
