IT Systems Administrator – Security & Cloud Services

About the role

As an IT Systems Administrator at Juniper Square, you will design, build, deploy and support critical IT services while applying best‑in‑class security practices and responding to security incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage secure identity and access solutions using Okta, including SAML‑based SSO integrations and lifecycle automation.
• Lead security incident prevention, detection and response across endpoints, identity platforms and cloud services.
• Utilise CrowdStrike Falcon (RTR and vulnerability management) for advanced threat detection, investigation and remediation.
• Administer enterprise endpoint management platforms such as Kandji, Microsoft Intune and macOS MDM solutions.
• Manage and secure cloud productivity suites including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (O365) with Intune.
• Maintain identity platforms like Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, enforcing secure authentication and authorization policies.
• Support a distributed workforce by implementing scalable, automated IT and security solutions.
• Develop scripts (Bash, Python, JavaScript) to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage SaaS applications (Zoom, Slack, Atlassian) ensuring secure provisioning and access controls.
• Participate in compliance initiatives such as SOC 2 by implementing controls and supporting audit requirements.
• Troubleshoot and support issues across systems, networks, endpoints and cloud infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (technical field preferred but not required).

Required skills

• Okta (SAML SSO, lifecycle automation).
