About the role

As a member of the Infosys delivery team, you will act as the primary interface with clients to ensure quality assurance, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, create and review designs, and validate architecture.
• Participate in project estimation, provide solution delivery inputs, and conduct technical risk planning.
• Perform code reviews, unit‑test plan reviews, and guide teams toward high‑quality, optimized code.
• Maintain knowledge management practices and adhere to organizational guidelines and processes.
• Support clients in their digital transformation journeys by delivering efficient programs and systems.

Required profile

• Knowledge of multiple technologies and basics of architecture and design fundamentals.
• Familiarity with testing tools, agile methodologies, and project life‑cycle activities.
• Understanding of estimation methodologies, quality processes, and business domain concepts.
• Strong analytical abilities, technical skills, and communication skills.
• Awareness of latest technology trends and solid problem‑solving, debugging capabilities.
