IPD Billing Executive & Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IPD Billing Executive and Front Desk Receptionist to join our multi‑speciality hospital in Faridabad. The role combines patient registration, front‑office coordination and accurate IPD billing to ensure a seamless experience for patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑desk operations, greet patients and visitors, and handle phone inquiries.
• Register patients, coordinate admissions and discharge processes.
• Prepare, verify and process IPD billing statements with precision.
• Address patient and attendant queries professionally.
• Collaborate with doctors, nursing staff and other hospital departments to streamline patient flow.
• Maintain up‑to‑date patient records and billing documentation.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; a background in hospital administration is preferred.
• Prior experience in hospital or hotel front‑desk operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IPD billing and patient handling will be an added benefit.

Required skills

• Proficiency with billing software and general computer applications.
