Inventory Control Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and detail‑oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to manage material handling and warehouse operations for interior projects. The role ensures accurate tracking, storage, and timely allocation of materials while coordinating closely with procurement and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receipt and dispatch of materials in a systematic, controlled manner.
• Maintain daily records of material movement, including site‑wise allocation.
• Update and manage Excel‑based MIS reports for stock, consumption, and dispatch details.
• Coordinate with the Procurement Team to raise requirements and ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor and verify material quantity and quality during receipt and issuance.
• Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of materials within the warehouse.
• Conduct periodic stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support project teams by ensuring timely material readiness as per site requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
• 0‑2 years of experience in store or warehouse management, preferably in interiors, construction, or related industries.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to maintain structured, accurate data.
• Proactive coordination with internal teams and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
