About the role

We are seeking an International Sales Manager to lead our global expansion efforts for high‑quality agricultural products. Based in Ahmedabad, you will drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and ensure compliance with export regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the international client base.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and negotiate contracts with potential buyers.
  • Conduct market research, set sales targets, and analyze market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation and global trade regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics, production, and marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Required profile

  • Proven expertise in sales strategy development, market expansion, and client relationship management.
  • Experience in international sales, export documentation, and compliance with global trade regulations.
  • Strong negotiation, team collaboration, and sales target execution skills.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and trend forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment and willingness to work on‑site in Ahmedabad.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agro‑products or commodities sector is highly advantageous.
