Internal Auditor (CA – Data Analytics Focus)

About the role

We are looking for a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong interest in data analytics to join our team in Goa as an Internal Auditor. You will act as the detective of the organization, using modern analytics to uncover risks, ensure compliance, and continuously improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute audit plans with clear scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Design and apply data‑driven audit methodologies to focus on high‑impact risks.
• Assess financial, operational, and compliance risks and prioritize audit areas using analytics.
• Conduct operational audits of manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement processes, identifying inefficiencies.
• Perform financial audits, verify accuracy with data analytics, and prepare actionable reports.
• Monitor compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards, especially health, safety, and environment.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking audit recommendations and using analytics to refine processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in data handling.

Required profile

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), recent graduate or fresh pass‑out welcomed.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data in audit work.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
