About the role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. You will play a key part in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales pipeline for our IT infrastructure solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with the sales team to obtain updates on leads and opportunities.
- Generate leads and conduct cold‑calling activities based on assigned mandates.
- Maintain and update Excel files and documents to ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Track daily activities in an Excel sheet for performance monitoring.
- Create customer invitation lists and support event coordination.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to present information clearly.
