Industrial Controller (Finance & Operations)

About the role

Alstom Transportation is seeking an Industrial Controller to lead financial and operational controlling for its Vadodara site. You will bridge production accounting data with financial reporting, supporting the plant’s drive for efficiency and cost excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate financial data from production accounting systems into the general ledger.
• Implement and monitor cost‑control mechanisms across manufacturing, planning, and supply‑chain functions.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards for site leadership reviews.
• Lead Continuous Improvement Teams to enhance industrial and manufacturing controls.
• Ensure compliance with group, statutory audit processes and working‑capital targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, CA, CMA or equivalent.
• Experience or strong understanding of controlling in an industrial or project‑based environment.
• Proactive, result‑driven mindset with the ability to partner with operations teams.
