Human Resources Business Partner – Content Business

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a strategic HR advisor to the Content business, driving talent management, organization design, and employee engagement to support the fast‑paced media ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Content leadership (Creative, Production, Programming) to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise on organization structure, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness, supporting transformation and change initiatives.
• Lead talent review, succession planning, and high‑potential development for content teams, collaborating with L&D to address capability gaps.
• Own performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, calibration and coaching to foster a high‑performance culture.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives tailored to creative and production environments, monitor pulse surveys and attrition trends, and drive action planning.
• Ensure seamless HR operations (onboarding, exits, policy compliance) and maintain adherence to labour laws and company policies.
• Drive workforce planning aligned with content pipelines, track HR metrics and provide data‑driven insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to hire niche creative talent, ensuring quick turnaround for high‑priority launches and providing market insights on talent availability and compensation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within media, broadcast or digital content organizations.
• Strong understanding of talent management, succession planning, performance management and employee engagement.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on organizational design and change.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics to drive decisions.
