About the role

We are seeking a passionate Management Faculty member to teach hospitality students. The role involves delivering engaging, industry‑oriented lessons in business and management concepts while fostering a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct lectures, classroom discussions, assignments, presentations, and assessments.
• Teach management and business‑related subjects to hospitality students using interactive methods.
• Simplify complex concepts and link theory to practical industry examples.
• Mentor students on academic projects, case studies, presentations, and research activities.
• Prepare study materials, lesson plans, presentations, and evaluation tools aligned with the curriculum.
• Maintain academic records, attendance, and assessment reports.
• Participate in curriculum development, workshops, seminars, and other institutional activities.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree in Business Management (MBA or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• PhD is an added advantage.
• Prior teaching experience in management or hospitality education preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of business, management, and hospitality subjects.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
